- Eshi can collect money on behalf of client then deposit the money through bank or return it on next day/order
- Who is eligible for a contract and how can we become a contractual customer?
- A customer who has at least one delivery per day can be contractual customer

- Yes, we are currently delivering to Adama and Hawassa

- Express – 20 birr starting 12 birr/km (Up to 15kg max), delivery guaranteed within 90 minutes
- Same Day – Up to 1kg 90 birr flat anywhere in Addis Ababa. It increases 3 birr per kg, collected in the morning and delivered in noon
- Next Day – Up to 1kg 70 birr flat anywhere in Addis Ababa. It increases 3 birr per kg, delivery guaranteed within 24 Hours
- What is your compensation package for damaged and lost items?
- Eshi have a full guarantee for any failure happened during delivery
